Recipients
Data is only disclosed to courts, registries and other bodies when the engagement or the law requires it. The web and email hosting provider acts as processor ([PENDIENTE: hosting provider]).
Form security
To prevent abuse, when you submit the form an irreversible encrypted digest of your IP address (not the IP itself) is stored for up to one hour. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is transmitted through WhatsApp's servers (Meta Platforms). Please do not send particularly sensitive documents this way; use email or bring them to the office.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to joseluis@rodrigoprocurador.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat).

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including the professional secrecy that governs the procurador's work.
